The Osaka European Film Festival is happy and proud to inform its fans and cinema fans at large that the 18th Osaka European Film Festival will take place from the 18th to the 23th of November .

The main venue will be the ElSEREINE HALL (HOTEL ElSEREINE OSAKA).
